XYZ Learning Private Limited uses personal information to respond to enquiries, manage workshop bookings and provide the learning services a participant requests.
Information we collect
We may collect a participant’s name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email address, participant type, consent, booking reference, amount and payment status.
How we use it
We use the information to contact interested participants, confirm schedules, process and reconcile bookings, respond to support queries, maintain transaction records and communicate closely related XYZ Classes opportunities.
Forms and payments
Interest forms are processed through FormSubmit. When online payment is enabled, checkout will be handled by Cashfree. XYZ Classes does not request or store complete card, UPI PIN or banking credentials; the payment provider handles those details under its own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers needed to operate forms, communications, hosting, payments and record-keeping, or where required by law. We retain records only for as long as reasonably required for these purposes and applicable legal obligations.
Minors
A parent or legal guardian should submit information and approve participation for a learner under 18.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct your contact details or stop non-essential communications. Certain booking and transaction records may still be retained where legally or operationally required.
