Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the AI Basics for Students, Parents and Teachers workshop offered by XYZ Learning Private Limited under the XYZ Classes brand.
1. Workshop details
Date and time: Saturday, 8 August 2026, 10:30 AM–12:30 PM.
Format: Live online session. The joining link will be shared with confirmed participants.
The workshop is a two-hour, live online introduction to AI for students, parents and teachers.
2. Fees, offers and booking
The regular workshop fee is ₹555 before tax. The online pre-book fee is ₹499 before tax, shown as a 10% pre-book discount. The fee covers the complete two-hour live online workshop. The listed fee is exclusive of 18% GST, which is added at checkout.
The promotional offer “First 5 Seats ₹150 Off” gives a flat ₹150 discount to the first five successful eligible bookings made during the offer period. The offer is limited to one redemption per customer, cannot be combined with another coupon or offer, and ends automatically after five successful redemptions or at the stated expiry time, whichever occurs first.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment is verified. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include only the items expressly described.
3. Who can attend
The workshop is designed for students, parents and teachers. No prior AI or coding knowledge is required.
Every participant will receive a certificate of participation.
4. Attendance and conduct
Participants should arrive on time, behave respectfully and avoid disrupting other learners. XYZ Classes may refuse or discontinue participation for unsafe, unlawful or seriously disruptive conduct.
5. Refunds and changes
Participant bookings are non-refundable, subject to the organizer-cancellation safeguard stated in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Workshop arrangements may be reasonably changed for safety, venue or operational reasons; affected participants will be informed using their submitted contact details.
6. Learning materials
Workshop materials are for the registered participant’s personal learning. They may not be reproduced, sold, uploaded or distributed without written permission from XYZ Learning Private Limited.
